This week you are traveling to Bath in Somerset. The Wife of Bath is of course from Bath. Bath is a beautiful city in the southern portion of England. Take a look at a few of the pictures of the city with the below website.

Also, I'd like you to take a look at the Spa in Bath. Bath is known as the only place in Britain with natural spas. I remember in Korea, walking into my first spa. It is a strange feeling walking into a spa in a foreign country. I'll tell you why in the classroom.

The town of bath seems like a pretty cool place to live. I like how some of the houses are built around canals and people can just row right by. Now for the spa that is in Bath, it seems incredible. I would not expect something that nice and modern would be in a place like that. That spa would be a great place to go sometime once I turn 18.

The citie looks pretty old in some parts. It looks like a great place to have a water trampoline! The spa is very impressive. They have everything people need for a relaxing day except for a massive Plasma screan TV. The hot tubs look perfect and are just deep enough for me to try and stay underwater for 40 seconds! I just hope the pools are clean and have no yelow spots! Overall I would gladly jump into the spa water from 7 feet high if I was 20 or so!
The town looks very beautiful and interesting to visit. i would hoestly love to go there and shop. the stores are way different than the ones we have here in ohio but thats what makes it unique. the spa was pretty big and i would love to relax in it.
Bath looks like a really cool place to vist some day. The city is beautiful. I liked how that houses were close together and there was only a little water way or path between them. In one of the picture i noticed there was a Starbucks Coffee, i thought that was funny. The Spa looked amazing. I have always wanted to go to a spa. The Thermae Bath Spa in Baths makes me want to travel to Bath just to go to that spa.

I never knew there was an actual place named Bath! The town itself is beautiful and impressive. The spa there is incredible and i would not mind going there one time. I think is neat how the houses are built around water as well. I hope to one day be able to visit Bath.

Bath looks really cool! The spa looks very nice to go in and it is really neat to have the houses surrounding them. I also looked at the spring cafe and it looks like a restarant that looks like it's inside a home which looks really pretty.

"Bath" is a very wierd name for a city in the first place. Though, the city of Bath, seems like a wonderful place to live or visit. I have never really been into spas but this one i would have to try out.

I wish there were buildings with this much history and design here in America. I'd love to live right on a canal in a house with that much craft work and detail. The spa looks amazing and very enjoyable. But, like the orignal post said, I think it might be a little weird because i'd be a foreigner and not really familiar with their ways.

I love looking at pictures of forign countries because they alway seem to look so much nicer than the U.S. I think it's funny how the U.S. has so many immigrants when theres places much more eye appealing. The town of Bath is beautiful. I looked at the pictures and Bath is now on my list of places to go. I think I like the city because it makes your feel like you have stepped into a different time period. The spa video was nice and looked extremely relaxing. Although the hot springs inside looked really modern and I think that they would have looked cooler if they had mad them out of rock or made them fit with the old world feel better. Although I don’t think I will visit there if they are anything like the spas in Korea that you told us about.

The Architecture of the city is rather impressive. I like the detail that went into designing the older buildings. I think the way buildings were designed (visually at least) in those days is far superior to the way buildings are constructed now. It would be interesting to go to this city and just look around. The Abbey looks like it would be a cool place to visit. While the baths do look nice and refreshing, I do not know if I would partake in them or not. I'm generally more of a private person, but it may be interesting to do so.

This is Craig Leugers and the city of Bath is huge and amazing. In one of the pictures I looked at, it showed the city from far away and with all the long similar buildings so hunched up to each other the place looked like a big wall. For something so big it's really wonderful looking. I also looked at the spa and that looked incredible with pillars in the water and the sizes of the baths are amazing. I've never really been to a spa but I would not mind going to that one.

The architectuire is extremely intricate, as with most European cities. It is clear that the most money was spent on the cathedral.
Wow, that place is awesome. The more we learn about England and Europe, the cooler it sounds like it would be to have the chance to go there. It all looks really fancy and formal though, I'd almost be afraid to touch anything. Either that or I would just spend all my time marveling at one cool thing while totally missing some other cool stuff.

This town looks amazing and very different from ours. The designs on the churches and cathedrals are truly elaborate. The Starbucks in the middle seems to be about the most common link between us. The water surrounding the houses is quite remarkable.

When looking at the town of Bath, It was incredible. Every thing was beautiful. The housing that was surrounded by the canals, were my favorite part. I would love to be able to look out my window and see a beautiful canal, and all the people cruising by. I looked at the spa and was surprised how modern it was. I would definitely want to go there someday!
